NiMeT Unions call off strike after FG’s intervention

The staff of the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMET) have called off the strike after the Federal Government’s intervention.

The workers had protested over poor working conditions, causing flight disruptions and leaving passengers stranded.

But after a meeting with Festus Keyamo, the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, in Abuja, the strike was called off.
