Tayesman Reacts To Apostle Femi Lazarus Statement About Gospel Singers Charges

Pastor Femi Lazarus and singer Timi Dakolo recently got into a violent argument about gospel ministers charging for their services.

Pastor Lazarus’ criticism of Nigerian gospel musicians for what he called the commercialisation of ministry activity sparked the dispute.

The main pastor of Light Nation Global claims that many gospel musicians charge up to N5 million for appearances, which he finds intolerable.

Many people disagreed with his statement, which caused a range of reactions.

One of the people who objected to the pastor’s comments, Timi Dakolo, retorted that Pastor Lazarus himself charged $150 to enrol in his ministry school.

This discovery garnered a lot of attention and sparked additional social media conversation.

Through his Instagram status, content creator Teymesan added to the conversation by pointing out that tensions have once again emerged within the Christian community.

Additionally, Teymesan implied that worldwide gospel performers like Chandler Moore and CeCe Winans, who are presently in Nigeria, would not be the subject of such discussions.
